In the spring of 2026, the Småland Art Archive will present an extensive solo exhibition with the artist Anna Pajak. The exhibition is Pajak's first at a major institution and follows her artistry over the past five years.

Anna Pajak is deeply rooted in painting, but her artistry also includes graphics. In her works, she explores geometric spaces, merging color, symbols and perspectives into a visionary imagery where the abstract meets the figurative. Taking inspiration from modernist women painters, spiritualism and dreams, her large-scale paintings give a sense of another dimension to life - a reality on the border between dream and fiction.

Anna Pajak (b. 1992) lives and works outside Tingsryd in Småland. She received her master's degree from The Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm 2020. She was awarded the 2025 Ann-Margret Lindell Scholarship for young artists working with graphics.
