Open the Room is an installation in which seven blue-painted bars, resting in a meeting supporting each other become a whole. The posts form an inner enclosed room which is simultaneously permeated by a larger outer room. The installation relates, according to the artist, to the restoration of the vital flows and ecosystems of nature. Open the room At the same time, I hope to leave the trapped and isolated.
Tipin as form and thought has accompanied the artist in his practice for many years. It has become a method for him to take on different geographical and cultural places. A way of meeting in a common open space that does not have a definite function or purpose.
The exhibition also features a video work by artist Galo Gonzalez. The video work is a portrait of Wilson in which we follow his inner journey, his observations of the changes of nature through the seasons and his relationship with time and the elements.
